Criminal Justice (Generalist)
Degree
The Associate in Applied Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Criminal Justice (Generalist) prepares students for careers as police officers, corrections officers, court advocates, or private security workers. The program emphasizes professional and personal ethics, honesty and integrity. Students gain hands-on experience in crime scene investigation (CSI) techniques, including fingerprint and evidence collection, and participate in trials, court processes, and field trips to jails and state prisons.
