The student will integrate nursing research knowledge, leadership and management, and nursing theories to design, implement, or lead a project that will improve patient/population outcomes and facilitate the transition to professional practice. The student must have a current Florida RN license to enroll in this course. This course requires students to complete a capstone experiential learning project in the last term of the BSN program. The capstone project will be based on an agreement between the student, and the experiential learning site with supervision from the faculty coordinator of experiential learning.
