After the first practical experience period, this course is the next phase of the NI training program to obtain DP Operator certification. The four-day course will be based on practical simulator exercises with a few theoretical lessons each day. During the exercises the instructor will use an advanced SVS simulator system in creating a range of realistic scenarios, situations and common problems. The goal is to teach the student practical DP operations including planning, procedures, risk assessment and problem solving in different kinds of operations and environmental conditions. After this course the student should be ready for the last phase of the NI training program, the practical experience period.
