This course is a survey of important British poetry, prose, and drama from the Anglo-Saxon to the Modern periods. Frequent written response to the literature is expected. Meets the Humanities requirement. Prerequisite: Complete ENGL 1010 or ENGL 1010C with a grade of “C” or better
