This is the final course in a sequence of five to prepare the student as a basic EMT. Course requirements include: following required OSHA standards, hospital clinicals, ambulance clinicals, and a community service component. Classroom time enhances assessment, history taking skills, and report writing. Prerequisite(s): “C” or better in EMT 1100 , “C” or better in EMT 1210 Corequisite(s): EMT 1500 , EMT 1610
