CNSS1150 — Cyber Ethics

This course will students understand the legal, ethical, and societal implications of information technology. Topics will include file sharing, infringement of intellectual property, security risks, Internet crime, identity theft, employee surveillance, privacy, compliance, social networking, and IT responsibility for data and user management. Ethical issues will be discussed entirely from an information technology perspective.
