Field Course I is a Field skills and competencies in an early childhood care/education setting will be observed, monitored, and assessed, including child screening and assessment, and activity implementation across the following areas: language, literacy, social studies, children’s literature, and the arts. Special emphasis will be placed on developmentally appropriate teaching practices, supportive relationships and interactions, and professionalism in the field. Corequisite(s): CHLD 1360
