A chronological study of painting, sculpture, and architecture from the Renaissance to contemporary times. Emphasis is on the style, iconography, and historical/social context of works. Students will develop an understanding and appreciation of both the art and the times which produced it. ARTS 2040 is not required. Meets Humanities requirement.
