3 credit hour(s) Advanced procedures such as angiography, arthrography and myelography will be presented. Patient habitus, positioning, equipment manipulation, and radiographic quality image evaluation will be introduced. Critical thinking and communication skills related to procedure performance, patient care, and radiation protection will be emphasized, Advanced modalities such as Computed Tomography (CT), Mammography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Nuclear Medicine, Sonography, and Radiation Therapy will be reviewed. Does not count toward A.A. degree.
