RET2414 — Pulmonary Functions

2 credit hour(s) Focuses on evaluation and performance of various pulmonary function tests and protocols. Topics include lung volumes, ventilation tests, pulmonary mechanics, diffusion ventilation, blood flow, normal and abnormal results of tests, and equipment used to perform these tests. Case studies are used to incorporate the critical-thinking process. Contact: 2 hours per week. Additional fee. Does not count toward A.A. degree.
