The course will include conceptual frameworks, case discussions, and skill-oriented activities. Topics include diversity in organizations, attitudes and job satisfaction, emotions and moods, personality and values, perception and individual decision making, motivation, group behavior, work teams, communication, leadership, power and politics, conflict and negotiation, the structure and culture of organizations, and organizational change. Students should acquire skills and analytic concepts to improve organizational relationships and effectiveness. Contact: 3 hours.
