3 credit hour(s) Related Specialty Trades is an introduction to the requirements, design and construction of utilities and environmental control systems which are an integral part of modern structures. Emphasis is placed on electrical; heating, ventilation and air conditioning; and plumbing systems. Basic theory, efficiency, applications and scheduling of major subcontracts are included.
