In a hands-on learning environment, you will learn installation procedures for various operating systems, use FDISK, format, deport and various other utilities, create and use emergency boot diskettes, install and uninstall devices, perform backups, manage system files, troubleshoot operating system errors, configure networks, configure internet access, and manage printers and other peripherals.
