STA 1001 - Pathways to Statistics STA 1001 - Pathways to Statistics (3 Credit Hours) (A.A.) Student Enrollment in any mathematics course is contingent upon approval of the mathematics department. This means that students who have been misplaced may have their schedule changed. STA 1001 provides the foundation for further statistical study. This course introduces basic statistical concepts and focuses on data analysis and quantitative reasoning. This course emphasizes both written and verbal communication of statistical concepts and s prepare the student for inferential statistics courses. STA 1001 is designed for students who do not intend to major in math, science, computer science, business, etc. Please check your degree requirements before enrolling in this course.
