Students will understand advanced concepts of real property and the law underlying real estate transfers. Students will explore the development of real estate communities; planning and zoning; constitutional issues; environmental regulation and sustainability; economic development; tax aspects of land ownership and transfer; mortgages and financing; commercial due diligence, purchase, sale, loans and closings.
