NUR 4837 - Globalization of Health Care: Health Care Finance NUR 4837 - Globalization of Health Care: Health Care Finance Students will explore globalization in nursing with a focus on national and global health care needs and social justice in relationship to health care systems and policy. This course also introduces students to financial concepts and management as they apply to health services, providing a foundation for the analysis of the current state of health care organizations.
