HIM 4875 - Documentation Integrity Certification Review HIM 4875 - Documentation Integrity Certification Review Students will review quality and evidence-based documentation practices and documentation assessment in healthcare settings. The course includes supervised learning experiences for students to apply health information management knowledge and skills in a healthcare setting. Data governance, electronic health record applications, quality improvement, healthcare statistics, data analyses, and coding and reimbursement will be reviewed. AHIMA eligibility requirements must be met to sit for the national certification exam. Successful completion of this courses does not guarantee students will pass the AHIMA CDIP certification exam.
