This course is designed to liberate the natural voice rather than to develop a vocal technique. A clear view of the voice in the general context of human communication will be presented and the students will perform a series of exercises to free, develop, and strengthen the voice, first as a human instrument and then as the human actorâs instrument. An emphasis is placed on the removal of the physical as well as the emotional blocks that inhibit the human instrument.
