This course will provide the student with the key components associated to project management. The student will be introduced to processes of defining a task, sequencing a task, estimating task resources, estimating task duration, preparing a schedule and controlling a schedule by using process groups. The process groups will be initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing used in stages by project managers.
