A regional study of the relationships between humans and their natural environment, with particular emphasis on the economic development of the countries of the world. Topics to be explored include population characteristics, natural resources, culture, and history as they relate to the economic state of the nations of the world today. This course satisfies the Gordon Rule writing requirement. A grade of "C" or higher must be attained.
