EEC 2521 - Childcare Management EEC 2521 - Childcare Management Emphasizes facility program budgets, schedules, and food management. Students are required to complete 20 hours of observation/service learning experience in an early childhood setting. This course fulfills a portion of the 120 clock hours of training required for the Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) or a National Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.
