, , , FSS1221C (with a grade of C or higher) This course will explore the aspects of culture and food in the international arena. Students will develop practical techniques used in creating and presenting international cuisine. There will be a focus on traditional cuisine to general geographic areas throughout the course. Focus will be placed on understanding the similarities and differences in the international cuisines.

Prerequisites: HFT1212, FSS1220, FSS1220L
