Recommended Prerequisites: , DES1800L Corequisite: DEH1003L (with a grade of C or higher) A competency-based course introducing the student dental hygienist to the theory and techniques of instrumentation that will be applied in a lab/clinical setting. Completion of the course competencies at minimum standard will allow the student to progress to Dental Hygiene 1.
