ENC1101 (with a grade of C or higher) The course provides intensive study of the process of writing short fiction, including discussion of professional models to improve understanding of elements and techniques. A substantial portion of the course will be devoted to work-shopping and critiquing student writing. Students submit a final portfolio and research the market for publication.
