, ARC1132C (with grade of C or higher) This course introduces students to the essential components of construction documents and their role in the building process. Topics include contract documents, project phases, contractual relationships, industry-standard contract forms, and the CSI MasterFormat system. Emphasis is placed on interpreting, drafting, and managing construction documents to support effective project delivery, risk management, and communication among stakeholders.
