Leading with AI Fluency: Harnessing AI Tools for Modern Leadership is a four-week professional development course designed for working leaders, managers, and community change-makers who want to move beyond curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and into confident, practical action. With this training, participants will build a foundational understanding of AI tools and their applications, explore how to lead teams and organizations through AI adoption responsibly, examine the human dimensions of change, and develop a practical implementation plan tailored to their own professional or volunteer context. This course assumes no technical background and emphasizes applied learning, peer discussion, and real-world practice.
