Do you really value each other in your organization? Often, we find that our listening skills are just plain terrible. Listening requires teamwork and collaboration. Listening often means breaking through paradigms and prejudices we all have. Conflict Resolution begins with listening as does just being a friend. This course will seek to increase our ability to deeply listen to one another. The course includes both right and left brain cooperative exercises to bring people together. Attendees will experience joy, companionship, teamwork, authenticity, integrity, and a deep feeling of being part of something greater than oneself.
