Your actions, or lack of actions, play a large role in whether the conflict experience will be positive or negative. Potential conflicts can be identified early and strategies exist to help minimize adverse impacts to you and your organization. This course will help you learn to effectively manage conflict. Specifically, you will be provided skills to assist with conflict resolution; you will participate in a self-assessment of your conflict patterns; you will learn how to better manage conflict in your life; and you will develop specific conflict communication skills.
