XIP 7001 -- Expanded Functions Basic Dental Radiology for Auxiliaries 12 Contact hours (Offered as needed) This course is a review in fundamentals needed for dental radiology certification as currently required by Florida Law. Radiographic techniques and safety factors will be stressed. The first day includes lecture and discussion. The second day provides hands-on clinical experience with mannequins to demonstrate correct anatomical radiographic positioning and enhancement of x-ray technique.
