XIP 5004 --General Knowledge and Elementary Education Math Review 8 Contact hours (Offered as needed) This 8 hour class will cover basic concepts from both the General Knowledge and Elementary Education Mathematics portions of the FTCE exams. Concepts include number sense and concepts; geometry and measurement; operations, algebraic thinking, and the coordinate plane; counting and number in base ten; fractions, ratios, and integers; probability, statistics, and data interpretation. This class will include lecture and practice exercises.
