This course, taught by a SHRM-certified instructor, is designed for HR professionals aiming for SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP status as well as generalists seeking an accelerated professional development path to refresh core competencies and increase workplace productivity. Course content is derived from SHRM BASK, which defines the content areas of SHRM’s certification examinations: the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®) exam for HR professionals in operational roles and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®) exam for senior-level HR professionals in strategic roles.
