XFW 6117 - Yoga Pilates Fusion 8 hr 8 Contact hours (Offered as needed) This class will combine the principles of yoga and pilates including breathing, concentration, awareness, control and movement. This program is safe and effective and is specifically designed for the ACTIVE OLDER ADULT and or BEGINNING PARTICIPANT. Benefits include improving posture and mobility, as well as core strength. We will focus on posture, balance and mind/body wellness.
