A high energy workout that will Rev up your metabolism while building strength, agility and cardio fitness. The class starts with a 5 minutes warm-up, then on to progressive exercises preformed for 20 - 30 seconds at high intensity and a 30 second rest between exercises. The class ends with a 5 minute cool down.
