XFF 1002 - Breakfast Cookery 12 Contact Hours (Offered as Needed) NWF Futures Forward camp: Students will experience an immersive adventure by preparing quick and easy breakfast options, exploring greenhouse food production, learning basic culinary skills, and sanitation and safety in culinary operations. Led by experienced NWFSC Chefs, lessons will encourage students' creative expressions and discoveries.
