XCE 0100A -- Guardianship Education 4 Hours 4 Contact Hours (Offered as needed) Learn the legal duties, rights of the incapacitated and local resources. Each person appointed by the court to be a guardian must complete instruction within four months of appointment. This four hour course is for those who are guardians of their own minor-aged children's property. Everyone else must take the eight hour course.
