XCE 0100 -- Guardianship Education - 8 Hours 8 Contact hours (Offered as needed) Learn the legal duties, rights of the incapacitated and local resources. Each person appointed by the court to be a guardian must complete instruction within four months of appointment. This eight hour course is for all guardians, except for thos parents who are guardians of their own minor-aged children's property.
