XAP 2004 - On the Job Training (OJT) HEATING & AIR-CONDITIONER INSTALL/SER 200 Contact Hours (Offered as Needed) This course is a comprehensive On-the-Job (OJT) Training HEATING & AIR-CONDITIONER INSTALL/SER Apprenticeship course. This hands-on program is designed for individuals seeking to develop practical skills and gain real-world experience in the HEATING & AIR-CONDITIONER INSTALL/SER trade. Through a combination of supervised work experience and targeted instructional session, apprentices will learn the craft from seasoned professionals while working on actual projects. All students enrolled in this course are employed by employer partners. Employer partners are required to certify the students OJT credit (OJT) to confer credit.
