TSL 3081 -- TESOL Issues and Practice 3 Credit Hours (Offered Fall, Spring) This course is designed to integrate the theories and principles of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) and apply them to classroom practices. It prepares educators to effectively instruct English language learners by understanding second language acquisition and implementing appropriate instructional strategies. This course requires a minimum grade of "C". Neither field experience or a background check/fingerprinting are required for current teachers enrolled in this course.
