SYG 2430 -- The Family and Society 3 Credit Hours (Offered Fall, Spring, Summer) An examination of the problems which arise out of participation in marriage, family and community situations. Designed to provide students with a basic understanding of the dynamics of family interaction, the effects upon the children, and the family's relationship to and participation in the community.
