MNA 1161 - Customer Service 3 Credit Hours (Fall) Designed to build and maintain the critical skills necessary to be a dynamic and successful professional. Students and front-line individuals who work with customers every day will develop strategies to create positive customer relationships. This course provides a practical approach to the thorny issues of customer dissatisfaction and will enable managers to keep service personnel focused on the organization’s goals and objectives. Prerequisite(s): Knowledge of basic computer and keyboarding skills are strongly recommended.
