MLT 1401C -- Medical Microbiology 6 Credit Hours (Offered Fall) This course presents students with principles and methods used in clinical microbiology including taxonomy, isolation, identification, clinical relevance, and antibiotic susceptibility testing of pathogenic bacteria. Students will also receive an introduction to medical virologyAdmittance to the MLT program is required. This course requires a grade of C or higher. This course requires a lab fee. Prerequisite(s): Admittance to the MLT program; MCB 2010C (grade of C or higher)
