MAN 4402 -- Employment Laws 3 Credit Hours (Fall) This course presents and examines the federal laws and legal issues surrounding recruitment, selection, employment, and performance assessment of workers. Issues considered include discrimination, employee benefits and protections, and the collective bargaining process. Prerequisite(s): upper division standing.
