MAN 3310 - Issues in Human Resource Management 3 Credit Hours (Fall) This course explores contemporary challenges and critical issues faced by human resource professionals in today’s workplace. Students will examine key topics such of diverse populations in the workforce, employee engagement, labor relations, talent acquisition and retention, legal and ethical considerations, performance management, and the impact of technology on human resource practices. Through case studies, group discussions, and real-world applications, students will develop the skills necessary to navigate complex human resource environments, foster positive organizational culture, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
