EMS 2552 - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) 1 Credit Hour (Offered as needed) An intense overview of the guidelines for emergency cardiac care and cardiac arrest management as published by the American Heart Association. Students must successfully pass a written examination and a skills proficiency performance examination to receive the “ACLC Provider” and successfully pass the course. Prerequisite(s): EMT certificate and CPR for Health Care Providers certification.
