CJC 2000 - Introduction to Corrections 3 Credit Hours (Fall) Theories of punishment and incarceration; the organization of correction programs and institutions, principles of probation and parole, role of parole and probation officers, legal implications; and problems of rehabilitation are covered. This course may be used in transfer to UWF and may be accepted at other upper division schools. Students should consult the department for program planning.
