ASL 2160 -- American Sign Language III 4 Credit Hours (Offered as needed) A conversational course in American Sign Language utilizing skills and vocabulary from American Sign Language I and II and building on these to form more complex expressions in American Sign Language. Impromptu and planned stories, dialogues and skits will be performed. Receptive and expressive finger spelling will be advanced. No voice will be used for the majority of classroom time. This course qualifies as having an international and/or diversity focus for teacher education programs common prerequisites. Prerequisite(s): Minimum grade of "C" in ASL 1150 or equivalent course.
