Introduces patient assessment, pathological processes, and management of medical and traumatic problems affecting pre-hospital patients. Assessment taught using a hands-on approach involving demonstration, performance, and practice. Practical sessions follow the same outline as theoretical components to reinforce knowledge and skills.
