Building Tomorrow is a hands-on skilled trades career exploration event held at NMC's Aero Park Lab Building. High school students rotate through six stations covering Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC/R, Welding, and Automotive programs. Activities include welding, soldering, carpentry, automotive skills, and operating a mini excavator. The event connects students with industry experts and real workplace tools, bridging education and regional workforce demand for skilled tradespeople.
