NMC offers Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) and Practical Nursing (PN) Certificate programs. ADN admission is competitive, with fall and spring intakes; PN admission uses a waitlist. Both programs include lecture, labs, and clinical rotations at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City. ADN is available in face-to-face and online formats; PN is face-to-face only. Fall intake accepts 20 ADN face-to-face, 20 ADN online, and 8 PN students; spring accepts 40 ADN face-to-face and 8 PN students.
Prerequisites: HESI A2 cumulative score, Anatomy and Physiology (within 5 years of program admission start date), BIO 228 – Anatomy & Physiology II (grade of 2.5 or higher), Required math course (within 5 years of program start date), Minimum GPA requirements
