The Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) program at Northwestern Michigan College prepares students for RN licensure via the NCLEX-RN exam. The program tracks NCLEX pass rates (targeting 80%+), completion rates (targeting 70% within 150% of program length), and job placement rates (targeting 80%+). Recent NCLEX pass rates of 91–97% have consistently exceeded Michigan and national averages. Additional pathways include an online option and an LPN to ADN completion option.
